Disconnect a channel or delete your data.

You remain in control of your YouTube authorisation and the information the Service stores for it.

Disconnect in the Service

Sign in to the workspace, open the channel’s page and select Disconnect YouTube and delete my YouTube data…. Review the confirmation message, tick the box and select Disconnect and delete. If the channel still has live streams, stop them first: ending a broadcast needs the connection.

This revokes the Service’s Google OAuth token at once and deletes the YouTube API data held for that channel. It does not delete your content from YouTube.

Delete your videos

Open your Gallery, select Delete… under a video, then Yes, delete it. The video leaves your gallery at once and is never streamed again. Its file, the copy prepared for streaming and its preview picture are removed from our servers within minutes, or, if a broadcast is playing it, within minutes of that broadcast ending. Deleting a video from Naudina doesn’t remove broadcasts already on YouTube.

Revoke access with Google

You can revoke the Service’s access directly in Google Security Settings. Find Naudina, then select Remove access. We check every connection daily and delete the related API data once we detect the revocation and the channel’s streams have ended, within 30 days; see our Privacy Policy for the retention rules.

Close your account

To close your Naudina account and delete your whole gallery, ask the person who invited you, or write to us at Urbanautomation7@gmail.com. Within seven calendar days we delete your account, every video in your gallery with its prepared copy and preview picture, your tags’ titles and thumbnails, and the YouTube data we hold for your channel, and we confirm when it is done. Please give your Naudina account name. This does not remove videos or broadcasts held by YouTube.

Request deletion

To close your account, or if you don’t sign in to the workspace (for example, you connected your channel through a link), use the form below. It opens an email addressed to our privacy contact. We may ask for enough information to verify that you control the channel before acting on the request.

Delete my Service data

Do not send your Google password, OAuth token or stream key. You can also email Urbanautomation7@gmail.com directly.

What happens next

  1. We confirm we received the request and, where necessary, verify channel control.
  2. We revoke the Service’s access and delete associated authorised YouTube API data as soon as possible, no later than seven calendar days. If you asked us to close your account, we also delete your account and everything in your gallery within the same time.
  3. We confirm when the request is complete. Deleting Service data does not remove videos or broadcasts held by YouTube.
